5. Where information comes from

Most information comes directly from you. We may also receive information from another person who books on your behalf, our payment provider, booking platform, website provider, analytics tools, insurers, professional advisers or public sources where this is lawful and relevant.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain uses. You can withdraw consent where we rely on consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

10. Marketing

You can stop direct marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe option or contacting [EMAIL]. Stopping marketing does not stop service messages about an existing booking.

11. Cookies and website technologies

Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on [WEBSITE URL]. Where consent is required, non-essential technologies are not used until you make the relevant choice.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so please do not send unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email or messaging.

If you think we have handled your personal information incorrectly, contact us at andrew@krhvaleting.com. We will provide a clear route for complaints, acknowledge a data protection complaint within 30 days, take appropriate steps to investigate it, keep you informed where appropriate and communicate the outcome without undue delay.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first, but you do not lose your right to contact the ICO.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on our website with the updated date.
